Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

• Net Terms: Orders with approved credit will be billed Net 30 days.
• Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
• Processing Fee: Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Shipping

• Shipping Point: Orders are shipped FOB Woodstock, IL.
• Shipping Collect: We are unable to refund shipping costs if shipping is collect under a separate account number.
• International Orders: If you are located outside the United States, please contact us to place your order.

Returns and Damages

• Return Window: If you wish to return an order or have received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
• Authorization Required: Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (return authorization number) issued by Action Packaging. Orders received without authorization are subject to refusal.
• Return Shipping: When applicable, we may issue a call tag or return instructions as part of the RMA process.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom sized and custom printed products cannot be returned.
• Inspection and Credit: We reserve the right to inspect returns before issuing credit.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

Rush Shipments

• Cutoff Time: Rush orders need to be placed before 12:00pm Central Time to be eligible for expedited same-day shipment.
• Expedited Services: We offer Next Day and 2nd Day services where available.
• How to Place Rush Orders: Rush orders must be placed via telephone to ensure they are processed before the cutoff time.
• Fax or Email: Rush orders submitted by fax or email cannot be guaranteed to ship the same day.

Custom Orders

• Requesting a Quote: Please complete our Custom Quote form to provide an estimate for your specific item.
• Setup Charges: Quotes for customized products may be subject to plates and setup charges.
• Cancellations: Custom orders are subject to a cancellation charge and cannot be returned.
• Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to bill over or under runs which may be subject to up to a +/-15% variance based on manufacturing processes.

Samples

• Availability: Samples are available on most, but not all, items.
• Sample Order Limit: Up to 6 unique samples are allowed per sample order.
• Sample Pricing: Samples are priced at the cost of one unit of the item requested.
• Sample Shipping: Sample orders ship for a flat rate fee of $10.00. Total sample order charges equal the cost of the samples plus the flat rate shipping fee.
• Expedited Samples: We do not overnight samples.
• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit sample quantities. Some items may not be eligible for samples due to vendor availability or vendor sample fees. If you have questions, please contact us.

Product Dimensions

• Interior Dimensions: Unless otherwise noted, product dimensions listed on our website refer to the interior usable dimensions of the product the majority of the time. Because product types and vendor specifications vary, the order in which dimensions are displayed (for example, length, width, height) may not be consistent across all products. If dimensional orientation is critical for your application, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm the correct specifications.

• Industry Standards: We deliver products within specified industry standards for dimension and thickness of flexible packaging.

• Subject to Change: Due to market forces beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice.
