How the numbers stay current
Every morning the Marketing Pulse data sheet refreshes Google Analytics and Search Console, and adds the previous day's NetSuite web orders (plus Semrush rankings once a week). This page reads that data each time it opens, so everyone sees the same numbers without needing their own logins.
Google Analytics and Search Console usually finalize a day's data 24–48 hours later, so the most recent two days can shift slightly. Search Console keeps 16 months of history; older search data comes from what this dashboard has already saved.
Tables of keywords and pages add up full calendar months that overlap the chosen date range. Average position is weighted by impressions.
