The redesigned Action Packaging website was built with the customer experience in mind. We introduced simpler navigation, updated visuals, an improved shopping experience, and new ways to explore our in-stock and custom packaging solutions.
This guide covers the most important updates, including how to navigate the website, access your account, reset your password, review pricing, and understand shipping during checkout.
Accessing Your Account
Your existing account information and available order history have been carried over to the redesigned Action Packaging website.
However, you will need to reset your password before signing in for the first time.
For your security, customer passwords are protected and are not visible to the Action Packaging team. Because we do not know your existing password, it could not be transferred to the new website.
How to Reset Your Password
- Select Login near the top-right corner of the website.
- Select Forgot Your Password? below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
- Create a new password and return to the website to sign in.
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact our customer service team to confirm which email address is connected to your account.
Finding Your Way Around
The main navigation has been reorganized to help you move more easily between products, supplies, custom packaging services, company information, and helpful resources.
Hover over a main menu option to open its expanded menu. From there, you can select a specific category or use the larger link at the bottom to view the complete section.

Understanding Website Pricing
As part of the new website experience, pricing is being presented more consistently across our expanded product selection. Many products will use quantity break pricing, which makes it easier to see how the price may change based on the amount ordered.
With quantity break pricing, larger order quantities may qualify for a lower per-unit price when available. The applicable pricing levels will be displayed on the individual product page so you can compare quantities before adding an item to your cart.
If you previously ordered through one of our legacy companies, some prices, quantity levels, or the way discounts are displayed may look different. These updates are intended to create a clearer and more consistent shopping experience across the Action Packaging website.
When reviewing a product, pay close attention to:

- Pack or case quantities
- Available quantity breaks
- Minimum order requirements
- The total shown in your cart
