While larger health systems have the buying power to keep up with their steady demand for supplies, smaller facilities need to plan and have a back up strategy in place to in case of shortages, backorder delays or pricing challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Suppliers need to anticipate the needs the smaller health systems to best provide supplies and competitive pricing.
